"Our office went to court last weekend to request, and we received, a temporary restraining order that prevents the Post Office from misinforming Colorado voters. A post card being sent out to households tells Coloradans that they need to request an absentee ballot to vote and need to send it back by mail. That is false. Your ballot will be mailed to you, providing you have registered at your proper address. And all Coloradans can vote at a polling center/drop box or by mail, allowing enough time for their ballots to be received. Please plan your vote and vote early to ensure that your ballot will be counted."
